Your host, Helen Cousins, will come to your cottage at a mutually agreed
time during your holiday break and bring all the necessary ingredients
and utensils . She will guide you through the simple process of
making some of the healthiest and tastiest bread you will ever find.
(Our bread contains amongst other things; wholemeal flour, oats, wheatgerm and eggs to create a moist loaf with a subtle nutty flavour).
The recipe is so easy that it would suit even novice cooks. At the end
of the lesson you will have two loaves of delicious bread and a copy of
the recipe. Or if you prefer, you can skip the lesson altogether and
we'll just deliver the bread to you!
