Each cottage is a Wi-fi hot spot, so bring your laptop along and you can surf away at any time during your holiday, free of charge. As our guest, you will be given a special password to log onto our specially configured secure network. You will then have free wireless broadband internet access for the duration of your stay.

New Year - extras included in your holiday:

WELCOME HAMPER to include homemade Christmas pudding, Christmas cake and mince pies. Helen will be baking these goods, using the finest organic fruit. There will be a few other items in there as well ~ surprises! Picture of hamper above - contents will vary as each hamper is unique and handmade.

FESTIVE DECORATIONS (optional), the cottage will have subtle festive decorations, in keeping with the traditional rustic style of the building, (for those who wish to have them there.)

BREAD MAKING LESSON
A lesson in making traditional Irish soda bread.

FREE! with your January / February 2008 holiday break

Your host, Helen Cousins, will come to your cottage at a mutually agreed time during your holiday break and bring all the necessary ingredients and utensils . She will guide you through the simple process of making some of the healthiest and tastiest bread you will ever find. (Our bread contains amongst other things; wholemeal flour, oats, wheatgerm and eggs to create a moist loaf with a subtle nutty flavour). The recipe is so easy that it would suit even novice cooks. At the end of the lesson you will have two loaves of delicious bread and a copy of the recipe. Or if you prefer, you can skip the lesson altogether and we'll just deliver the bread to you!

SALSA-JIVE BREAKS

Would you like to learn to do this in your own (holiday) home ?
Salsa-jive comes to Kilmore Cottage. Salsa-jive, is a funky fusion of salsa, jive, latin and ballroom. Lekan, (pictured above), is our resident dance teacher this Winter. Lekan teaches salsa-jive across the south east, and he’s now available to teach Kilmore Cottage guests. Up to three couples can be accommodated in Kilmore Cottage & at each lesson.

Accommodation only – 4 nights mid week / 3 night weekend €250
Salsa classes (max 6) - €50 per couple per class
